Dear teacher 🙏 Hello all readers, my name is Sann Srey Vann a third year student majoring in accounting I would like to present an organization that I have become a direct coordinating member called (Accountability Society) which some people call an organization (JAAP), I have 5 points that I want to show everyone about this organization

1 What is accountability?

• Accountability is the link between citizens and sub-national administrations (service providers)
• This is a state-owned organization established by the government so that people in the districts can understand and observe the activities of service providers working in their communities.
• The organization is sponsored by a partner from Australia.
•  This organization has been established in Battambang province in 13 districts
• This organization has collaborative partners WORLD VISION

2 who are the Facilitators what are their roles?

The facilitators are the educators of the people themselves and also the people who live in the villages, the districts and the people themselves. The service also visits the village at least 3-4 times a year to ask about problems, especially the opinions of the people to the service providers

-  The first is to promote the services available in the community and to show the revenue and expenditure of the commune, hospital and national school.

-  The second time for people to rate the three services is weak, not good and good

-  The third time, the data was presented and there were suggestions from citizens and service providers.

-  They can ask for what is lacking in the village or services that they do not yet have, people can ask. From the character or not crisis of service rattan. The user can send items that are not available in his / her workplace.

3 What is a joint meeting?

Joint Meeting is a meeting where the people, the scorers and all the service providers come together at the commune hall, raising the request of the working group to go to the village meeting, we will summarize the external resources from the two resources. Inside four to discuss External resources, we can ask for from charitable associations and organizations that we think in the community we can or can't be done without wearing two external resources  Before the pre-scoring meeting, we were divided into six groups of four  school, a commune hall, and a group of hospitals. • April to July to be monitored by the people, community points, joint meeting(P S R K) 
• August to December included(JAAP ) in the three-year rolling investment program, commune, workshop, integration of district investment programs(DIW)

5 Benefits of this job

Finally, after studying and educating the people, the leaders can know the real situation of the service scholars, the people have the right and know their role.
